CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations or substitutions must be in writing to evenements@xtra.co.nz
– Cancellation up to 30 September – Full refund
– Cancellation between 30 September – 31 October – Full refund less a 30% admin fee
– Cancellation after 31 October – No Refund or at Conference Chairman’s discretion
– Substitution at any time – No charge except for balance (if any) of member/non-member fee

SOCIAL FUNCTIONS
Welcome – Monday 20th November – Format and Venue TBC (Some light refreshments provided)
Networking – Trade Exhibition & Poster Social – Tuesday 21st November, ~5pm – 7pm (Time TBC)
Student Mixer – Tuesday 21st November, 7pm – 9pm – Venue TBC (Restricted to students and invited guests)
Conference Dinner – Wednesday 22nd November, from ~7pm – Venue: Hilton Hotel on the waterfront
